We test our ideas with end users and care about results. We can shift between the big picture and the details as we consider all aspects of a system. We also understand the balance between hard data and soft data and artfully weave the two together.
Agile Strategy
Strategic planning is crucial, but locked into aging models that don’t easily respond to the changing world around us. Strategic planning is also custom to every culture and particular to the individuals that make up the organization. Change Management
Alongside strategy, planning, and research is the shift that’s required for organizations to grow, to pivot, and to iterate. Our approach is to consider the people in an organization, their skills, roles, processes, and gifts. We can shift the lens from top down and bottom up, looking across and through a system to see the relationship between parts of the whole. We can understand and articulate the business case for proposed changes and support the communication strategy throughout the process.

All our work comes together when we work with leaders to develop their own capacity so that they can lead better, more authentic organizations aligned to their values. Our coaching practice is rooted in thoughtful inquiry, a strategic, business results focused drive towards tangible results.
